To keep you protected, your home is covered by comprehensive home warranty insurance, which includes the following: 1-year material and labour warranty for any and all defects; 15-month material and labour warranty for any and all defects in common areas; 2-year material and labour warranty on all systems, such as plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, mechanical, gas, and ventilation; 5-year building envelope warranty, including any water penetrations; and 10-year warranty on structure.
